Impartiality Policy & Conflict of Interest Safeguards
Top Management commitment to unbiased conformity assessment, independent examination, and zero commercial compromise.
1. Top Management Commitment
Top Management of Azhar Khan Quality & Standardization Certificates Issuing Services understands the critical importance of impartiality in executing certification of persons and technical inspection. We declare that all certification decisions are based exclusively on objective evidence of competence attained by candidates during standardized examinations, free from any commercial, financial, or discriminatory bias.
2. Structural Firewall Against Training Conflicts
In compliance with ISO/IEC 17024 Clause 4.3.5 and EIAC criteria, Azhar Khan Quality & Standardization maintains complete structural separation:
- The certification body does not offer training courses that lead to its own certification examinations.
- Candidates are free to select any recognized external training organization or prepare through independent vocational study.
- Completion of any specific external training program is never stated or implied as providing an unfair advantage in examinations.
3. Mandatory 2-Year Cooling-Off Period for Examiners
All technical evaluators, invigilators, and examiners are bound by formal confidentiality and conflict-of-interest agreements. Any evaluator who has provided training, coaching, consultancy, or employment oversight to a candidate or client organization within the preceding two (2) years is legally disqualified from examining that candidate.
4. Independent Scheme & Appeals Committees
Our Scheme Committee and Appeals Committee comprise independent technical professionals representing industry employers, safety regulators, and engineering specialists. Decisions regarding pass/fail outcomes, appeals, and revocations cannot be overridden by commercial executives.
