Theoretical Syllabus & Exam Details
A 90-minute proctored examination consisting of 50 Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQs). Candidates must achieve a minimum score of 75% overall and 100% on safety limit interpretations.
- Interpretation of manufacturer load rating charts
- Outrigger ground bearing pressure & mat sizing
- Wire rope inspection criteria and discard thresholds
- Power line clearances and tandem lift protocols
Practical Assessment on Testing Ground
Conducted at our certified outdoor testing facility (≥ 250 kPa hardstanding) over 45 minutes of real-machine operation. Passing mark is 80%.
- Pre-operational walkaround & circle-of-safety
- Load moment limiter (LML) functional testing
- Precision load transit through obstacle corridor
- Emergency blind-lift hand & radio signaling
