Theoretical Syllabus
A 60-minute examination consisting of 40 MCQs. Passing score is 75%+.
- Sling angle multipliers and leg tension math
- Webbing, wire rope, and alloy chain rejection criteria
- Center of gravity (CoG) calculation for irregular loads
- Standard crane hand and radio signaling
Practical Rigging Yard Assessment
Conducted on our rigging bench with defective hardware and real crane hook attachments. Passing score is 80%+.
- Hardware defect sorting test (shackles, eyebolts, hooks)
- Multi-leg bridle hitch calculation & rigging
- Tag line control and blind-lift load directing
- Safe unhooking and equipment post-use storage
