Theoretical Syllabus
A 45-minute examination consisting of 35 MCQs. Passing score is 75%+.
- Ground conditions, manhole hazards, and outrigger pads
- Overhead power line minimum safety exclusion distances
- Maximum permissible wind speed limits (12.5 m/s)
- Full-body harness and adjustable lanyard fall restraint rules
Practical Assessment on Height Rig
Conducted on telescopic boom lifts (3b) and electric scissor lifts (3a). Passing score is 80%+.

- Elevation maneuvering around structural steel obstacles
- Ground-level auxiliary emergency lowering deployment
